Due to the amount of the first type of players growing x2 faster than the second type, the second type of players are finding it very hard during airsoft activities to enjoy the sessions due to being greatly outnumbered by the first type and hence cant really play as they feel comfortable and many players are ending being frustrated, due to this reason.
The S.W.A.R.M team will have no application and NOT EVERYONE will be allowed to join this team, there is no application method. The members that will be selecting the players will not be announced, just because you will be asked by a particular member if you want to join does not mean that the member is part of the selection team.
Selection of members will be based on the following + others that might not be mentioned:
- Dedication to the sport and training
- Active during club activities
- Respect shown to other club members
- Follows the rules
- Has a clean cheating record
- Individual thinking and self motivation
- Individual and team communication
- Team work
- Playing style
Being selected for the team does not give you a permanent place within the team, meaning that if a players are missing training sessions which will be separate from the Thursday training and which will not be on a "if I can come" option, might and eventually will get you out of the team. The players within the S.W.A.R.M will be placed as one team during activity sessions.
This is not something that players in the team will be allowed to take lightly, taking it lightly will give you a one way ticket out of the team. Dedication both during game play and training will play a VERY important part and members will be kicked out of the team no matter what expenses they have made, and others will take their place.
Please note that the training session on Thursday will continue as normal and everyone is free to join on Thursday.
